We can provide you with a Certificate Analysis for MD and TD strengths for any material upon request.

Chipboard and Linerboard Sizes:

Thickness (Point or Caliper)      .006 to .06 (6 to 60 mil)

Chipboard Features

  • Recycled, compressed material
  • Thinner
  • Stronger
  • Lower Cost
  • Variety

Chipboard Benefits

  • Environmentally friendly
  • More units/pallet=freight savings & saves warehouse space (vs. corrugated)

  • Decreases air that can pass through board which is better for suction cups in high-speed applications
  • Waterproof and oil-resistant
  • Heat barrier
  • Pleasing aesthetics and class A abrasion resistance
  • Increased strength (like sheet-rock)

Linerboard Features

  • Thinner
  • Stronger
  • More virgin material
